Petty Fours

Must try and resist temptation to make the pub menu just like a French cafe's with tiny little bite sized bits and bobs that take all night to make. Not practical in a 80 cover restaurant.

New bar menu is ready to Rock as well as Roll.

Old Spot sausage rolls with apple & date chutney

Rarebit on Cotswold crunch toast

Pork pies

Chip butties

All good honest spring/ summer fare

No soup in a basket though, it's so '76
